Knowledge Doc: AppMaster Builder SYM1 keyword flags the DBCS compiler directive as invalid

When the SYM1 keyword in an AppMaster Builder(AMB) S-COBOL is used to pass COBOL directives to the compiler,  all directives work except for the DBCS directive, which is flagged as invalid by the AMB generator.
