Knowledge Doc: CICS MQ Exec CICS Retrieve not passing data from MQ when compiled Amode 31

When an Exec CICS Retrieve is done with a program that has been compiled with Amode 31 the Linkage variable does not have data so no messages are pulled down from MQ and program will abend with a RTS 114.
