Knowledge Doc: COBOL call names truncated at 8 characters for a DIALECT(ENTCOBOL) program

When attempting to call a COBOL program or routine from a DIALECT(ENTCOBOL) built program you may get a program not found or a linker error. These errors show that that there was a truncation at 8 characters.
