Knowledge Doc: COMP-5 Field is displayed differently in Data File Tools

COMP-5 Field with value '1' is displayed differently in Data File Tools.
For example: If the field has a value of '1', the hex value in the flat file is  x'01000000', it is displayed as '016777216' in Data File Tools.
However, in mainframe, the hex value is x'00000001'.
