Knowledge Doc: CTF for RTS causes Enterprise Server region to hang on start

During troubleshooting with an ED 6.0 PU21 install, the RTS switches were turned on to produce CTF for tracing.  When these switches were enabled, the region start stalled and never completed.  Other CTF switches had no effect.
