Following a patch update install to one of the versions listed above, the first server start produces the following error: 

DBFH00026E ODBC error: '[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.essp_enq_request_native_v3'.'
