Knowledge Doc: Directory Server Security Facility Configuration receives Request Failed message.

This issue happens when trying to add a Security Manager to MFDS via ESCWA. When adding Directory Server facility Configuration, received Request Failed error message, alternately HTTP Error 500, with the following in the $COBDIR/etc/log.html file:
2022-11-08 09:22:27.071 Failed to make attribute modification through MLDAP. Error Code: 1
In the .journal.dat file it also can be SF0027E error. The journal.dat file will also provide the details to which Security manager has the issue and details.
