Knowledge Doc: DSNTIAUL returns COND CODE=0004 on the mainframe but returns COND CODE=0000 in Enterprise Server if 0 rows are unloaded

When DSNTIAUL is run on the mainframe and 0 records are returned from the SELECT, the COND CODE from the step is returned as 0004.   In Enterprise Server, DSNTIAUL (SQLTUL)  returns COND CODE as 0000

This can cause subsequent steps to NOT be flushed in Enterprise Server, but are flushed as expected on the mainframe.
