Knowledge Doc: Excessive CICS internal locking can be caused by too many of the same job being submitted to a single initiator

An Enterprise Server region which is experiencing either exceptionally slow response time or registers as "Not Responding"  also shows an exceptional number of CICS locks that do not appear to be releasing in a timely manner.
