Knowledge Doc: Getting SQLCODE -19413 when HCOSS SQLCLR COBOL Stored Procedure calls an SQL Server Stored Procedure

When working with HCOSS (Host Compatibility Option for SQL Server) SQLCLR COBOL stored procedures, if the COBOL stored procedure calls an SQL Server stored procedure such as:

EXEC SQL
    CALL "SQLS_SP" (:WS-IN1 IN,
                    :WS-IN2 IN,
                    :WS-OUT OUT)
END-EXEC

Sometimes the SQLCODE of this EXEC SQL call is -19413.
