Knowledge Doc: How to redirect COBOL DISPLAY statements to JES SYSOUT when compiling with a non-mainframe dialect

Is there a way to send COBOL DISPLAY statements to the JES SYSOUT when running a program under JCL that has not been compiled with a mainframe dialect, for example DIALECT(MF)?
