Knowledge Doc: MFFTP for a mainframe file to an Enterprise Server GDG is not creating the +1 version of the file

An external FTP file transmission is attempted against MFFTP for an Enterprise Server region.  The resulting file should be the +1 version of the specified GDG (Generation Data Group).  Instead, the FTP submission overwrites the existing version.
