When running with the MFJSTAT Field Developed Solution for collecting batch JES job statistics, extra columns are being generated for the job.

These should only be generated if this environment variable is set:

MFJSTAT_DIAGNOSTICS=Y

This should only be set for diagnostics purposes, if instructed by Customer Support
