In this example, the environment has 5 CICS regions which are interconnected for file/program/transaction operations.

Before setting up SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), these regions were working fine.

With SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) setup, those (Inter System Communication) listeners are failing to connect while other listeners like TN3270 are working fine.
If setup is like this:
> ISCSERV1 is connected to ISCSERV2
> ISCSERV1 executes a remote transaction
