A program has an optional file - SELECT OPTIONAL – and that file doesn’t exist, which is fine.
In ED\\ES 7.0 PU12 when that program is run it initially returns COND code 114 and then SOC4 from subsequent executions of the job.
This error had not been encountered until ED\\ES 7.0 PU12.
