Knowledge Doc: RPM installer for Enterprise Developer v8.0 does not install mainframe components

Mainframe components (ex. mfims command-line tool) do not get installed when using the RPM installer (entdev_edeclipse_8.0_redhat_8_x86_64.bin).

If you use the setup binary installation (setup_entdev_edeclipse_8.0_redhat_x86_64) it works fine.
