Knowledge Doc: Server becoming non-responsive due to ICS handles not being released for MFDS.exe

The server hosting Enterprise Server became unresponsive and had to be rebooted due to ISC (Intersystem Connections) handles not being released for MFDS.exe.  ISC (Intersystem Connections) are defined in the RDO (CICS Tables).

The ISC handles would build until the Windows server would stop responding.
