Knowledge Doc: Sorting of N/N Column in EA Batch Application Viewer Does Not Work for Double Digits

There is a known issue when sorting entries by the N/N column in Batch Application Viewer when there are values with two or more digits.  They will not sort in the correct order with single-digit values.
