When attempting to create a new workspace, an error is encountered stating the user is attempting to install a workspace on a compressed volume.

The file "C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft SQL Server\\MSSQL12.SQLEXPRESS\\MSSQL\\DATA\\C__MFDemo_ttt.mdf" is compressed 
but does not reside in a read-only database or filegroup. The file must be decompressed.
CREATE DATABASE failed. Some file names listed could not be created.
