When using SQLUTB (DSNUTILB) to load a db2 table on UNIX (DB2LUW), the following error is generated

MBDT0002 - SQLCODE: -99999, SQLSTATE: 22008 -  CLI0113E  SQLSTATE 22007: 
An invalid datetime format was detected;  
MBDT0002 - Record discarded 
DSNU012I  DSNUGBAC - UTILITY EXECUTION TERMINATED, HIGHEST RETURN CODE=8
