When using SQLUTB, with concatenation of SYSIN, in the JCL, the output in SYSPRINT does not show the correct contents of the SYSIN defined.

In some instances, ALL of the contents of the SYSIN control file are reported in SYSPRINT correctly.
In some instances, the contents of the SYSIN control file are not reported in SYSPRINT at all.
In some instances, the contents of the SYSIN control file are reported in SYSPRINT but are truncated or corrupted.
