For product releases and updates released in June or July 2022, some older versions of Windows may report that signatures contained in executable files (.EXE, .DLL, .MSI, etc.) cannot be verified. This is due to an issue with how these older Windows versions process a cross-signed root certificate issued by DigiCert. See the full article on the resolution.
