We are unable to add a listener in one of the CICS Online region. Need guidance how to do it.
When we click on Edit->Listeners, it again comes back to the ES Admin Home page screen.

Hi Noel, as discussed via Teams chat, if you need urgent help then I recommend you to raise another support case to seek assistance that way, the relevant colleague/team will then be able to assist. Please also consider to add how the issue occurred, e.g. what changed to not be able to add a listener / what is the error when you try / is this happening on any region or just one?
