Is there a way to monitor or log a programmers MFE usage?

Resolution:

There is a way to tell who is using MFE. Go to the MFE30 Help, index tab, and type in

' usage logging ' click 'Display' and select 'logging usage'.

Usage is tracked for the IDE, not for options (such as ASM, CICS or IMS). If you code your own program, the code belongs to you and you own it. We supply a default one, usagemfdef.dll, located in MFE\\MFIDE\\BIN and a sample one, userusage.cbl, located

in MFE\\MFIDE\\SOURCE\\USAGELOG.
