We are trying to launch the MFE database configuration tool in order to activate the HCO feature, but we keep getting an "Unable to find multiple database engines" error message.

The problem is that the HCO feature has not been installed/activated on the required machine.  Please read attachment HCO.docx on how to check and activate HCO. After following these instructions you will be able to Activate the Database Configuration Tool for MFE 3.1 to select the required database engine - XDB or IBM DB2 for Windows.
