Mainframe Express Web based Training

Hello,

I am interested in web based training for Mainframe Express.

Do I need to buy a license for Microfocus software products like Mainframe Express before I can get the training?

If I get the free Personal Edition of Visual Cobol, is this enough to go thru the training?

The training documentation says it lasts for 31 days.  Does that mean I cannot go back to review portions of the training after 31 days?

I am having problems finding answers to these questions.  I'll appreciate any help.  I don't want to spend $300 only to find out I can't use it.
