Mainframe, Microfocus PLI ( UTC DATE, Days function to fetch days from date)

Hi All,

I am new to Microfocus , could  someone please guide me for the documentation having below details

1) Is there a function to get UTC Datetime  in Microfocus PLI running in EDE

2) Calculate days difference between two dates in Microfocus PLI running in EDE

3) Can we call assembler program from Microfocus PLI program , compile assembler program, link with PLI

I tried to explore , but could not find useful information on internet
