MF ES security commandline

I am using ESFADMIN command to setup the security with LDAP. Initially ES has no any login. When I following the esfadmin command, and add the coresponding parameters there, it failed due to ESF signon error. I tried the default SYSAD as -u and -p. I used LDAP user for them, but still signon error. 

Could you pease help me on this command to get success? If I am using wrong command, could you please guide me to the exact command.
