Problem:

When using the MFA browser login, the login boxes do not appear, showing just a small recross in the corner, and an error message is displayed:

"Applet LGAPPLET notinited"

Resolution:

Changing the version of Java in use to Microsoft Virtual Machine (MSVM) solves this problem.
