After upgrading to MFE 3.1 I am unable to use my Third Party Preprocessor previously used in MFE 3.0 projects. I am also unable to change the Third Party Preprocessor in the Program Buid settings as it is greyed out.

This problem is occuring as the Pathname for the Third Party Preprocessor location has changed during the install of MFE 3.1. To resolve this you will need to check your registry settings.

In your registry settings go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Micro Focus > Cobol > 6.0 > Addons

Here you will see the path name specified for your preprocessor. Change this to the required location of your Third Party Preprocessor.
