MFE won't work. Error code C0000005

The error message is something like this:

C0000005 Access Violation at: 00BDF8F2 01:00068E8F2 c:\\Program Files(x86)\\Micro Focus\\Mainframe Express\\Base\\Bin\\MFPAMG.DLL

(The text between "at:" and "c:\\" vary from time to time. Probably some memory address.)

Please help.
