Problem:
Customer whom is setting up MFE 3.1 on a machine and noticed a few file changes. We noticed that mfeenv.exe was not located in the bin director though was in the 3.0 bin.
Resolution:
mfeenv.exe has been replaced by cblpromp.exe and xdbpromp.exe. If modifying the file that was created by mfeenv.exe then the same can be created by cblpromp.exe and xdbpromp.exe.
