Problem:
This was available in MFE 2.5 and MFE 3.0
Resolution:
The file CREATENV.BAT in ..\\BASE\\BIN shows how the environment is set for the MFE command prompt. The programs CBLPROMP.EXE and XDBPROMP.EXE have replaced MFEENV.EXE but they essentially do the same job so just change to use the new programs.
