MFES - Local security on CICS

I'm using MFES version 6. When I "signon" using CESN transaction I received the message:
"CASSE0012I Signon complete at A000, for user XPTOUSER. Local security is disabled
. 08:31:02"

How can I set the local security at CICS to ENABLED?
