mfjxe00 - Memory corruption

Our batch task has failed with the below error message:

CASKC0027E Error executing service 'PGM#VFOJOFO' Execution error : file 'mfjxe00' error code: 252, pc=0, call=1, seg=0 252 Memory corruption detected (addr=0x483f2a30, type=51/4) 11:21:57

 

Could you please help to understand and resolve this issue?

Something has written to an area of memory that it should not have.

Memory corruption is a general condition with any number of possible causes. Most often it's due to a bug in application code, but it can be a product defect as well. We don't have nearly enough information here to diagnose it.

You should open a support incident with Micro Focus Customer Care. They can help you gather the appropriate diagnostics, check for existing fixes, and so forth.
