Two of my colleagues are getting the below message after they registered in Microfocus Support portal in order to raise/open cases. Need assistnace.
- Ask a Delegated Administrator in your organization to add you as a contact to your organization's account in the Support Portal. See also Managing Users in Support Portal.
- If you do not know the Delegated Administrators in your organization, contact Customer Support using the Chat feature on the Support Portal website or by telephone.
