Problem:

When user tries to generate a report in a tool such as Batch Application Viewer, the resulting Report preview window does not appear.  This behavior occurs for any Project in the workspace. Other reports generate successfully. 

Resolution:

The issue is likely related to an incomplete installation, such as a missing C distributable.  Verification of the installation can be performed by running the PreReqAppChecker.exe application in the Bin folder of the installation.

Uninstallation and subsequent reinstallation of the Enterprise Analyzer tool will generally resolve this issue.
