I'm afraid you'll have to be more specific. What product and version are you using? Have you consulted the documentation? Micro Focus Studio 6.0, for example, has a section in the documentation titled "Developing a CICS Application" which lists the steps involved in doing just that.

The documentation is somehow useless and the sample codes are complex like hell!!!
