Problem :

Natural files are not verifying in Enterprise Analyzer, what might cause this?

Resolution :

1. Has the source file extract been done on the source machine using the SYSTRAN utility?

    - Make sure the file has been transferred to the Enterprise Analyzer machine.

2. Has the extraction file been passed through the Systransunpack utility provided by Enterprise Analyzer .

    - To run this from a command line..

    - CD to <enterprise Analyzer install directory> / Bin

    - enter the command     SysTransUnpack <filename> <path to extract> [/log=logfile]

3. Configure the tool to recognise Relational Databases

    - Open Enterprise Analyzer Administration tool

    - From the OPTIONS menu, choose CONFIGURE MICRO FOCUS ENTERPRISE ANALYZER

    - Make sure "NATURAL" option is checked on.

Note : If it is not check it on, check it on and click OK.    REMEMBER to upgrade the workspace.

4.  Add files to workspace / project as normal and verify.
