Oracle component installation fails during Modernization Workbench installation

The Oracle component installation fails during the Modernization Workbench installation. The reason for this is the Oracle component installation will launch an “Autorun” file and this autorun will be blocked by the antivirus software, which causes the Modernization Workbench installation to fail.  What can be done about this?

To avoid this, disable the Antivirus software during the Modernization Workbench installation.
