Oracle Error When Attempting to Create Enterprise Analyzer Workspace

Problem:

User receives Oracle error when attempting to create new Oracle workspace in Enterprise Analyzer.  The error may be similar to ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object.

Resolution:

Issue is related to permissions of the database user, meaning the database login is incorrect at the Create New Workspace dialog box.  In cases of Oracle, the database schema and database user name should be the same.  Ensuring these values are the same at the Create New Workspace dialog box will create the workspace without issues.
