No organization views are shown in the Portal after running the Export Standard View to Portal job.
Problem:
No organization views are displayed in the Portal after running the Export Standard View to Portal job.
Resolution:
- Open the Configuration Manager -> Access Manager -> Authorizations for Portal.
- Select the user on the left and then the desired organization view (you can select more than one), and click Apply.
- Run the Portal Configuration Job.
This will export the user authorizations and the user will be able browse the desired organization view in the Portal.
Please note that the Export Standard View to Portal job exports organization views to the Portal, but to enable a user to see the exported view, you should authorize the user as described and then export his/her authorizations.
