Problem description: Clicking short cut to start Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 shows an error window " "Package Load Failure" .
Solution summary:
To attempt to load the package again
1)Navigate to the Visual studio Command Prompt.
2)Right click to run as Administrator.
3) Type in "devenv /ResetSkipPkgs".
