Problem:

If the KbCustAgent job does not read anything else than the AWDPRE directory, where does it get the parameters that pointing the absolute address of the AWDPRE folder?

Resolution:

KbCustAgent reads the necessary information from KbCustAgent.conf file that can be found under the job directory.
