Problem:

user is having problem accessing a project within a Citrix environment and having a project locked.

Resolution:

The customer has all rights for projects in Citrix environment as READ ONLY, so the users are able to view the shared projects without causing a delay by any ONE user when accessing a project.  

When a project is locked up to debug what is going on, verify the following files aren't locked up:

projectname.rp1

projectname.rp3

these files exist in both the SHA and PRJ folders.
