I installed and authorized EDPE last month but just got a new PC. When I tried to install EDPE on the new machine I was unable to authorize the software again. I tried to revoke the license on the old machine but that does not seem to have resolved the issue. How do I reauthorize on my new machine?

If you have downloaded EDPE last month, that was a beta version. We are now GA and I would suggest that you download from online.microfocus.com/enterprise-developer-pe and get the new GA version. You will need to register again, but it is a simple and quick process. You will get an email, download the new version and install it. go over the same authorization process and you should be good to go. If you need any additional assistance, we will be here.

Your best bet if you are using a virtual machine is to do a clean install. This is a long time issue I have faced and is caused by the licensing software underlying all of Microfocus products.....

We were doing some tests and verification with your email. Our logs can track back your email. Can you try to activate using the manual activation? The manual activation is via email, and if you would just copy the data and follow the instructions -- the email should get to us and activation should happen.
