Problem:

AMB is giving batserv.exe application error when loading.  When uninstalling and reinstalling, user is still receiving the batserv.exe error.

Resolution:

This may be due to a bad uninstall of the MFE product.  Upon uninstallation, there may be registry keys still linked to the previous installation.

Steps to fix:

1.) Uninstall MFE (this will delete websyncs if installed)

2.) Go into regedit and look for HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Micro Focus\\COBOL\\6.0.  Delete the directory.

3.) Reinstall MFE
