I observed this issue occurring again. Before restarting the services, I collected all the logs. Although the services appear to be up and running, they remain inaccessible. There Services are running but the server is inaccessible, i am seeing the issue reoccurring for the third time now

Thank you for using the forum to report the issue. There are several possible reasons why the Reflection for Secure IT server for Windows cannot establish a connection. The server debug logs can be very helpful in effectively troubleshooting these issues. Please open a case with Rocket technical Support and attach the logs for further assistance.
