Problem:
Reports do not work. Trying to generate them from the toolbar or through the menus does not work. No windows appear and nothing is present in the activity log.
Resolution:
Ensure that "COBOL" is checked in your configuration. To see your configuration, open the Modernization Workbench Administration tool. Then select Administer > Configure Workbench. Check "COBOL" under Programming languages. After adding COBOL, upgrade your workspace. This should enable the reports.
