Restricting access to MFA Drag & Drop from Mainframe Express

Problem:

Drag & Drop is a standard entry on the TOOLS menu from within Mainframe Express (MFE).

Is it possible to restrict access to MFA Drag & Drop from MFE, but still alow users to access the mainframe via Dataconnect and Sourceconnect.

Resolution:

The only way to do this is to edit and remove the entries from the registry.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Micro Focus\\Mainframe Express\\3.0\\MFIDE\\Tools

Then either rename or delete the menu entry for MFA Drag&Drop and its exe entry.

The rename option is prefered, so that the Drag & Drop menu option can be re-install at anytime with minimal effort.
